Zuiho ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Zuiho is designed with privacy as a core principle. All photo processing and 3D rendering occurs entirely on your device. We collect minimal information:

• Photos: Photos you select are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to any server.
• Device Identifiers: If you grant tracking permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, we may collect device identifiers (IDFA) for analytics and advertising personalization.
• Purchase Data: In-App Purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Process In-App Purchases and deliver virtual currency
• Improve and optimize the user experience
• Deliver relevant advertisements (with your consent)
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance features

3. Data Storage and Security

All origami projects, photos, and user preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain external servers for user data storage. Your virtual currency balance is stored in your device's local storage. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect the information stored on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For In-App Purchase processing
• Apple ARKit: For augmented reality features (camera access required)
• Apple Vision Framework: For local image analysis

These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

5. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your camera and photo library to enable core features such as photo selection for origami material mapping and AR projection. Camera and photo data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

6. Tracking and Advertising

We request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before collecting any tracking data. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device's Settings. If you decline tracking, the App will still function normally without personalized advertising.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of tracking at any time via device Settings
• Withdraw consent for data processing

9. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, data retention is entirely under your control. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data, including your virtual currency balance and saved projects.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
