Welcome to Zuiho. By downloading, installing, or using this application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App.
By accessing or using Zuiho, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.
Zuiho is a digital origami sandbox application that allows users to transform photos into three-dimensional paper art through local 3D rendering. All processing is performed entirely on your device. The App provides features including photo-to-material mapping, interactive paper folding, topology stress visualization, surface area analytics, AR projection, and 3D model export.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any activities that occur under your usage.
The App uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be purchased through In-App Purchases. Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no real-world monetary value. Coins are used to unlock premium features within the App. The initial coin balance is zero.
All In-App Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are displayed in your local currency. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. You may restore previously purchased items using the Restore Purchases feature.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, code, and user interface, are owned by or licensed to Zuiho and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you import into the App.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App; (d) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zuiho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
